How do I pay?
Follow the prompts to join & pay online with your credit or debit card. You’ll have the option to either pay in full (save 5%, woo!) or pay monthly (enter your details once & your credit card will be charged monthly.)
When do I receive my personal discount code?
As soon as you sign up! When you do, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your code.
How long is my code valid?
For the duration of your membership (1 year).
What if I get a bottle of something I don’t like?
You’ve got the perfect gift for someone else. You’re welcome ;)
Do I have to renew my membership?
Yes, you’ll have to actively rejoin as our membership doesn’t automatically roll over. We’ll be in touch to remind you before your membership expires — and just quietly, there may be a few exciting incentives to make rejoining even sweeter.
What do I do if I move house/change address?
Flick us an email to let us know your new address so we can update the system before your next shipment.
Can I buy a Sip Society membership as a gift?
Absolutely (you fantastic gift giver, you!). Simply join the membership using the recipient’s name and address and everything will be set up in their name. Just make sure you tell them before you sign up, as they will receive an immediate email with their personal discount code — so be sure to get the brownie points first!
Does it matter what month of the year I join? Will I still get both the May & November shipments?
When you receive your 2x shipments will depend on whether you pay in full or monthly.
If you pay in full, it doesn't matter what month you sign up. You’ll get the next shipment even if it’s the following month.
If you choose to pay monthly, you will need to be signed up for at least 3 months prior to the next shipment to receive it. So if you signed up in October, you wouldn't get the November shipment. Your shipments would be May + November the following year.

What sort of wines can I expect in each shipment?
A vibrant assortment of our most popular varieties. When curating the boxes we’ll take into account your preferences (which you can tell us upon sign up) and also the time of year. The May shipment will have wintery warming vibes (think syrah + cab franc), whereas November will have more summery wines (think bubbles + rosé)
How do I figure out what option is right for me?
The different membership levels are less about taste buds and more about what fits your budget. You can always start smaller & increase your membership level when it comes time to renew in 12 months.
