Shipping & tracking 

• We ship NZ wide (but if you live abroad and want to make a purchase, get in touch and we can make a plan).

• Live in the North Island? Expect delivery in approx. 3 working days.

• Live in the South Island? Expect delivery in approx. 5 working days.

• You’ll be sent a tracking number via email after purchase. Use this to track the status of your delivery.

Delivery costs

• Shipping is free when you spend over $149  - or sign up to our email list ;)

• Otherwise a flat rate of $12 applies across New Zealand.

Product returns

• If you receive your order and something isn’t as it should be, please contact us so we can find a solution.
